• These General Terms and Conditions, and consequently any contracts entered into with Customers, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with French law.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Customer's domicile or place of residence.
